State Police arrest Cicero man for Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors
(North Syracuse, NY – Feb. 23, 2010) On February 23, 2010, State Police North Syracuse arrested Richard P. Kulak, age 39 of 8876 Maple Dr. Cicero NY.
Kulak was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree, a class D Felony and for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Kulak was arraigned in the Town of Cicero Court and released on his own recognizance. The investigation is continuing.
