Elbridge man arrested for Criminal Contempt

Elbridge man arrested for Criminal Contempt thumbnail

(Elbridge, NY) Brian E. McNabb II, 26, of 104 Sylvan St., Elbridge, was arrested by Troopers based in Elbridge on Jan. 20, 2010 for Criminal Contempt in the first degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree.

The charges came as a result of a domestic investigation that occurred in the Town of Camillus. It is alleged that McNabb was involved in a physical altercation on Jan. 17, 2010 with his ex-girlfriend while there was an order of protection in place prohibiting his being in her presence.

McNabb was arraigned before Town of Camillus Justice Powers and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $500 cash/$1000 bail bond pending further court action on Jan. 27, 2010.
