(Elbridge, NY) Carpenter’s Brook Fish Hatchery’s Time Out to Fish program offers school groups serving children with special needs as well as senior citizens, and persons with special needs the opportunity to fish for rainbow trout on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, June 1 – 17 and June 29 – July 22 from 9:30-11:30 am and 1:30-3:30pm.
Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons are set aside for individual senior citizens and persons with special needs while all other times are reserved for groups. All bait and equipment is supplied for the outing and Hatchery staff /volunteers will provide initial instruction.
Groups must consist of a minimum of 5. The price is $3 per person per session and pre-registration is required by calling 451-7275.

Carpenter’s Brook Fish Hatchery, an Onondaga County Park, is located on Route 321, 2.3 miles south of the Route 5 intersection in the Town of Elbridge.
