USC The Business College, with locations in Utica, Canastota and Oneonta, recently announced four new faculty members. Joining the academic institution are Jeffrey Lonczak, Susan Sheaffer, Elaine Martin and Sandy Smith.
Lonczak, a Manlius resident, received his MS in Business Education from Oswego State University; his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne College; and his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Onondaga Community College. He is Assistant Tennis Professional at Gold’s Gym and Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach at Onondaga Community College. He will be on the Faculty at the Canastota campus.
Sheaffer, a New Hartford resident, received her MBA, MS in Business Management, and BS in Business/Public Management from SUNY Institute of Technology and her AAS in Business Administration from MVCC. Susan also holds a Certification in Business and Marketing Teaching, and is a Planning Assistant for Oneida Herkimer Madison BOCES where she establishes internships for high school seniors in career areas of their choice through the Regional Program for Excellence. Sheaffer will be on the Faculty at the Canastota and Utica campuses.
Martin, a Clinton resident, received her MS in Information Resources Management from Syracuse University, and her BS in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University. She is the owner of Martin MultiMedia U.S. and an adjunct instructor for MVCC. She will join the Faculty at the Utica campus.
Smith, also a Clinton resident, received her BS from SUNY Institute of Technology and her AAS from MVCC. She is Director of Information Services at Presbyterian Home. She will join the Faculty at the Utica campus.
