(Nedrow, NY - June 11, 2009) – State Police has located 16 year-old, Rahdasha K. Baxter from 7003 South Salina Street  in  Nedrow, Onondaga County.  Baxter was reported missing June 1,2009 from Nedrow. Troopers located Baxter last night in the City of Syracuse in good health.  She was  returned to her mother’s care.
