(Syracuse, NY – February 26, 2010) North Syracuse troopers arrested Patrick M. Oliver, age 29, of Second Street, Solvay for Felony Aggravated DWI/Child in a Vehicle as a result of a traffic stop on I-690 in the City of Syracuse.

State University of New York at New Paltz Confers August and December 2009 Undergraduate Degrees
New Paltz, NY (01/05/2010)(readMedia)– The following local resident was among more than 700 students who recently received undergraduate degrees from the State University of New York at New Paltz:
Jana Gozzi, a resident of Solvay, NY received a degree in Visual Arts.
On 10/30/09, Charles R. Corless, age 28, of 209 First St., Solvay, NY was arrested by the New York State Police – Schuyler for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being stopped for a traffic infraction on the Thruway. Mr. Corless was released to appear in the Town of Verona court.
Morrisville State College recently announced those students who were named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2009 semester.
To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.
