(Salina, NY – March 9, 2010) State Police in North Syracuse arrested 27 year-old, Shawn P. Kicak of Candlelight Lane, Liverpool for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation first-degree after a traffic stop on 7th North Street, Town of Salina. Both charges are classified as ‘E’ felonies.
