(Syracuse, NY – December 2, 2009) State Police in North Syracuse arrested 24 year-old, Michael V. Peterson of 7426 Henry Clay Blvd, Liverpool, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Mr. Peterson’s BAC was .15%. He was issued tickets returnable for December 12, 2009 in the City of Syracuse Court.
