On Aug. 23, 2009 the New York State Police – Syracuse arrested a 10 year old boy for Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 3rd when he was caught with two other juveniles throwing rocks at vehicles on the Thruway in the Town of Salina.
On Aug. 24, 2009 STACY M. RODRIGUEZ, age 43, of 124 Jericho Drive, Syracuse, NY was stopped by the New York State Police – Schuyler for traffic infractions on the Thruway and found to be wanted for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th.
